Committees
The Highlands subdivision currently has both a Landscape Committee and a Restrictions Committee. The Landscape Committee would like suggestions from residents regarding any landscape maintenance and/or potential improvements you would like to see addressed in the neighborhood.
If you see some of the directors or volunteers in the subdivision, please give them a thank you for their efforts. The directors and committees meet regularly to discuss neighborhood issues and any other topics residents want to talk about. Everyone is welcome, the meetings can be informative, and it’s great place to meet your neighbors.
Volunteers
The directors could not do this themselves. We also need to thank all of the committee volunteers over the past 20+ years, as they have watched over road maintenance, the neighborhood website, the monthly newsletter, the neighborhood finances, the landscaping, dealing with city officials of St Peters and Weldon Spring, and also ensuring residents keep – up with the restrictions and covenants of our neighborhood.
Directors
A big thanks should be given to the directors who have served on the Homeowner’s Association over the years. Since 1992, we have had numerous directors who have helped lead our neighborhood in an effort to keep our home values as high as possible.
DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Current directors will be assigned specific roles in the next few months
President – Overseeing / handling procedural duties, and knowledgeable about covenants and restrictions, meetings, and votes.

Treasurer - Overseeing funds and operating budget, and ensuring accurate reporting from DNI

Secretary - maintains minutes, and ensuring proper notice of meetings, and official records

Contact Brad for work order requests, association matters, to report building and grounds issues requiring attention or maintenance, and for general association questions and information. Brad is your community’s primary point of contact.
Community Support Coordinator: Tiara Rooks at Ext. 301
Contact Tiara to obtain and submit documents and forms, update homeowner contact information, for answers to general questions, and to get updates on work requests. Also, if Brad is unavailable or out of the office, your Coordinator can provide assistance in his absence.
Yard Waste
Please remember to properly dispose of your yard waste. No residents should be dumping or composting tree limbs, grass or leaves on any common ground in the Highlands. Not only do these yard waste piles look unsightly, they can potentially adversely affect the creek beds or basins. Thank you for your cooperation.
